10 Day Notice To Vacate
Tenant hereby agrees to give Landlord a 10 Day Notice, or more, to vacate prior to vacating unit.
In consideration of my storage unit rented, and by entering my unit number and facility rented at above, I hereby notify Central Park Management, I will vacate the storage unit by the end of the day on the date indicated above. I understand if I still have property in the unit beyond the date indicated above, monthly rent charges will continue to occur and I will be liable for such charges until the unit is fully vacated.
I understand that rent charges will cease after the date indicated above as long as unit is cleaned and swept, locks removed, all items removed, no delinquent rent or fees, and I have given my 10 day or more vacate notice. If I do not abide by any one of these, I understand that rent charges will continue to accrue and a new 10 day notice to vacate will need to be given.
